Another sketch from back in the day. I had grand plans of re-designing every mech in the 3025 technical readout. Or at least updating them for a more modern look. I did quit a few. Here is the Charger with more realistic joints than the original art. I always wondered why one of the small lasers on the Charger was a hand held pistol. Heheh, oh well...

You did a "few" of them and it looks amazing so far. Why do not you post the other ones too? Finishing touches? ;)

No matter how many of that Star League era paintings you found in a cache somewhere in your backyard, it looks really, really good. Great job. :D

Nice! Way better than any other Charger design I've seen. I especially like how you still managed maintain the overall feel of the original design.

Well, maybe the cannons on Jagermech could be a bit closer to the 'mech shoulder and the legs should definitely be at a lesser weight disadvantage with torso, because it looks like a trashcan standing on two matches just waiting for them to crack. ;)

AHHH, I was going to try to one up Iron Hawk with this mech but you beat me to it :)
Great job by the way, you actually got the Jager looking like a proper mech that I would want to pilot! ;)

The goal of my project was to prove that any mech can look cool. It all started because some of my friends would not play with certain mechs in table top games because "they don't look cool". I wanted to show people that when I flipped through a TRO, I saw much more than what was on the page. My friend challenged me to re-design or update all the mechs in the 3025 TRO. Of course, mechs like the Vulcan and Quickdraw were the first ones I was told to tackle. So I did it, we had good times geeking out on mech semantics. The Phoenix Hawk and Crusader were re-designed before the phoenix project came out. Many people are bothered by the whole lawsuit situation with the unseen mechs. I tried my hand at re-designing the unseens but still keeping the overall shape of the original. I did make a locust that looked like a walking apache attack helicopter, I'm trying to find it. Some of these drawings go back eight years or so.

How in the name of Odin's beard did you make an Urbi look like such a bad-***? That's not the trashcan I remember...
Nice work man, keep it up, and keep 'em comin'.
